How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We aim to process all orders within 2 working days. Our standard service has a recommended delivery time of 2-5 working days. Please note, our warehouse is closed over the weekend, so any orders placed Friday would not be dispatched until the following week.
Can I track my order?
Yes, all of our delivery services include a tracking number which will become available shortly after dispatch.
Where do you deliver to?
We deliver to all areas in the UK. Unfortunately, we do not currently offer International shipping at the moment.
How much will it cost to ship my order?
Our standard delivery charge of £3.95 applies to all order values regardless of number/size/weight of items.
Can I have my order shipped to an address different to my billing address?
Yes, you may request an alternative shipping address during checkout.
What is Kids Gift Box Ltd?
We specialise in children’s toys, accessories and gifts! We pride ourselves in stocking a wide range of products for all different age categories. Our aim is to deliver high-quality products at affordable prices.
When are you open?
Our warehouse is open Monday to Friday from 9am till 7pm. Our warehouse is not open over the weekend. Please stay tuned on our Facebook page for any news and updates regarding our opening and closing times.
How can I shop with you?
We offer many fun and exciting ways to shop with us here at Kids Gift Box. You can shop on our Facebook lives, purchase on Facebook when we are having a sale, on our exclusive whats app VIP group or directly through our website!
How do I place an order online?
Simply browse www.kidsgiftbox.co.uk at your own leisure, using the “Add to Cart” button to add the desired items to your shopping basket. You can edit the “Quantity” field either on the page or whilst the item is in your shopping basket.
When shopping online can I pay later?
Yes! We have multiple options when it comes to paying later. We accept Klarna, ClearPay and Laybuy!
What is the build a box service?
Our Build a Box system is our very own store and save system that allows you to save on postage costs and store your goodies in our warehouse until they are shipped together!
This pay as go system means you can shop till you drop, filling your box with goodies in our warehouse across Facebook live sales, our online store and WhatsApp VIP sales before having all your products shipped together!

How can I stat my own build a box?
To start a build a Box, simply choose the Build a box option at checkout! Once your box is completely full, you’ll be notified by one of our lovely team members and we will ship your box out to you for a one of cost of £3.95!
I chose build a box by accident, now what?
If you have chosen the Build a Box by accident don’t panic! Simply let us know and we can get a postage invoice sent to you.
How do I know my order has been shipped?
You will be notified one your order has been shipped once you get a despatch email from us! Shortly after we will supply you with the tracking details so you can follow the journey of your parcel!
Where is my parcel?
If you are concerned about where your parcel is, please get in touch and we can look into this for you as soon as possible.
How do I return a product?
If you need to return a product, please pop us an email to email@example.com with reasons for your return.

We highly recommend using a tracked service to return your item. A return is not our responsibility until it has reached our warehouse.
We are unable to issue refunds until an item has been returned and checked.
I have received a faulty product. What do I do?
We’re really sorry you have received a faulty product. Please get in touch via email so we can resolve this quickly for you. Faults must be sent to us within 28 days of your purchase date if you have paid for shipping. If you have a build a Box, faults must be sent to us within 14 days of you receiving your box.
What is Kids Gift Box live sales on Facebook?
Our Facebook Live sales are a fun and interactive way to shop from the comfort of your own home! We update our Facebook page with new live dates every week!
How do the lives work?
When we are live on Facebook I will showcase an item with an item number. I will always state how many we have in stock and the selling price for the live. I try to give as much information on each product as much as I can.
All you have to do is comment BOX IT with the item number to be in for a chance to box and purchase the goods. Yes it’s that easy! I will then go through the comments on the live In the order I see them and call out the names of the people who have boxed the items in there basket for the night! One the live is over I will be in touch with totals and a list of what you have purchased.
When do I need to pay for my items from the live?
When shopping with us on our interactive shopping lives you can add the items purchased into the same build a box you have with us when you shop here online! We offer fully flexible payment plans when shopping on our lives catered individually to our customers needs. Please pop us a message for more info regarding this.
